Sausage Cheddar Balls
These super easy sausage cheddar balls are perfect for a party!!
Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 ½ cups Bisquick
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray
- In a large bowl, using your hands, combine sausage, Bisquick, cheese & cayenne
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch wide – you can use a small cookie scoop to make the process faster
- Place balls onto baking sheet, not touching each other
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until balls are browning on top and are cooked through
- Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes
