Apricot Glazed Pork Chops

  • 1 20 oz can whole apricot, pitted
  • 1 tbsp bottled steak sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • i tsp whole cloves
  • 6 pork chops


  • Drain syrup from apricots into saucepan; stir om steak sauce and salt, heat to boiling. Cook uncovered 15 minutes.
  • Brush chops with syrup; arrange in baking dish.
  • Stud apricots with cloves, and arrange around chops and brush with syrup.
  • Add remaining syrup to baking dish. Bake at 400 °F for 25 minutes.
  • Turn chops and bake for 30 minutes
