Apricot Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 20 oz can whole apricot, pitted
- 1 tbsp bottled steak sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- i tsp whole cloves
- 6 pork chops
Instructions
- Drain syrup from apricots into saucepan; stir om steak sauce and salt, heat to boiling. Cook uncovered 15 minutes.
- Brush chops with syrup; arrange in baking dish.
- Stud apricots with cloves, and arrange around chops and brush with syrup.
- Add remaining syrup to baking dish. Bake at 400 °F for 25 minutes.
- Turn chops and bake for 30 minutes
