Pecan Praline

Ingredients

granulated white sugar

cups
brown sugar

cup
milk

cups
pecan halves
or pieces

tbsp
butter
cut into small pieces
1
tbsp
karo syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Boil sugar and milk till it reaches the soft ball stage and remove from heat
Add butter and pecans
Beat until mixture begins to stick the the sides of the pot
Spoon onto corn shucks, or equivalent for hardening
Notes
I've not tried this recipe yet, but I do love a good praline.
