Stuffed Mushrooms
Yet another stuffed mushroom recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 lb bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 bundle green onions chopped
- 1 handful shredded cheddar cheese
- mushrooms
Instructions
- Clean and take the stems out of the mushrooms
- combine remaining ingredients and place in small amount in each mushroom cap
- bake at 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
