frozen lean beef meatballs
1 bag or you can make your own

red bell pepper

orange bell pepper

pineapple chunks

water

ketchup

tbsp ea
prepared mustard, maple syrup and brown sugar

tbsp
vinegar and graded onion
1
clove
garlic
minced

cornstarch
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Place meatballs and pineapple and peppers in baking dish
Whisk the water, ketchup, mustard, maple syrup, brown sugar, vinegar, onion, garlic and cornstarch together, pour over meatballs
Cook for about 30 min or till meatballs are cooked through and sauce is thickened (add a couple of spoonfuls of water if the sauce becomes too thick.
Serve it over rice!
